Council Thrift Shop regularly hosts sales and specials, so pop into their location regularly to catch them all. If you are a designer junkie, you must attend their 'Best of the Best' events. Held four to five times a year at each location, these events are a plethora of designer finds and great buys for all categories of merchandise.
